Venture Bank Online Banking Service Agreement
By clicking the Send in Enrollment button on the Online Banking Enrollment page, I/We request that the accounts listed on the enrollment form be set up for Online Banking.
Transactions originated through Online Banking are governed by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. I acknowledge that I received a copy of the provisions of this Act when I opened my account.
I/We understand that Savings and Money Market accounts are governed by FDIC Regulation D and are subject to fines if the limited number of monthly withdrawals is exceeded.*
I understand that account security is controlled by the Personal ID assigned to me by the Bank and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) which I will select. I will protect my Personal ID and PIN and hold the Bank harmless from any unauthorized use. Any information downloaded by me becomes my property and responsibility.
A request for a transfer of funds made via the Online Banking after 6:00 p.m. will be posted the following business day. Only funds which are available, in accordance with the Bank's Funds Availability Policy, may be transferred between these accounts.
* Please refer to the Bank's Truth in Savings Agreement or contact your Bank's service representative at (888) 373-2265 for specific information pertaining to your Savings and Money Market account.
Clicking the Send in Enrollment button verifies that I have read and understand Venture Bank's Online Banking Service Agreement and agree to be bound by all of its terms.
