Venture Bank Opens New Hawks Prairie Financial Center,
Police Substation also opens at same Address

 

Olympia, Wash. - March 15, 2007 - Venture Bank’s newest financial center at
Hawks Prairie has officially opened its doors.

 

With the opening of the 4,500 square-foot newly constructed center comes another opening as well: the City of Lacey Police force will have a new substation to aid their efforts at law enforcement.

 

The new financial center, which replaces an existing one in the same area, is located at 8308 Quinault Drive, between the Hawks Prairie Casino and the Military Family Monument. The new facility is designed to meet Venture Bank’s aesthetic and technological standards and to better serve the needs of customers.

 

The police substation, which will be operational 24 hours a day, was added to the bank’s construction plans after officials at the bank learned the police force was in need of a new and more accessible facility.

 

“This has been a great opportunity to work with the City of Lacey,” said Lori Fobes, Vice President of Branch Development at Venture Bank. “We recognized a need and were glad to help. Needless to say, their presence is always appreciated.”

 

The new Hawks Prairie financial center offers both business and personal banking services, as well as mortgage, investment services, business and consumer loans. In addition to safe deposit boxes, drive-up banking, night deposit and 24-hour lighted ATM, the Hawks Prairie location also features Venture Bank’s signature coffee and fresh baked cookies––served throughout the day at their “café style” online resource center.
