VENTURE BANK ANNOUNCES NEW FINANCIAL
CENTER IN LAKEWOOD
Lakewood Financial Center Slated to
Open 2nd Quarter, 2005
Olympia, Wash., November 3, 2004 - Venture Bank (www.venture-bank.com),
which recently posted record-high annual revenue and earnings growth, today
announced it will open another Pierce County financial center in Lakewood.
The financial center, at 5927 Mount
Tacoma Dr. SW, is scheduled to open the middle of next year.
“Our team is doing an excellent job of
seizing opportunities to expand the Venture Bank brand,”
said Jon M. Jones, President of Venture Bank. “We’re excited
to bring our unique style of banking to the Lakewood area.”
This Lakewood Financial Center will
showcase Venture’s new customer-friendly design and
architectural features, including a business center and
private meeting rooms.
The announcement to open the Lakewood
facility follows the Bank’s announcement that it has signed
a purchase and sales agreement for a new headquarters site
in Pierce County. Venture intends to construct a new, 50,000
square foot facility in the multi-million dollar DuPont
Station development.
Opening the Lakewood financial center
will come after the opening of the bank’s first King County
financial center in Kent later this year.
Venture Bank, a subsidiary of
publicly-held Venture Financial Group, Inc. was founded in
1979. Its remarkable success is the result of a fierce
commitment to lasting customer relationships, in the
