| Telephone Banking Instructions
To access your account information using the Telephone Banking Telephone Menu system, you will need your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
The first time you access your accounts please use the last four digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number (SSN) or business Tax Identification Number (TIN). You will then be prompted to change it to any other four digit number.
Once you have selected your new PIN, you will find that Telephone Banking is easy to follow through a series of menu options.
